The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eight Inc. opened his address with his experience-design focused interpretation of a government, saying, “It is an expression to a core set of values that people experience. Therefore, the focus becomes how to design human experience and design for human outcomes, and let those outcomes deliver business outcomes. “This would come for an inherent understanding of what it takes to be successful for a human perspective.” Human-centric creation, he said, aims to create value, and one of the government’s responsibilities is to support and inspire the wellbeing of its people. Kobe’s company works with entities like Apple to reach the intersection between the processes that connect organizations with their audience, while focusing on great human-centric outcomes. This is a shift to employ the inherent understanding of human perspective.
