Dr. Mari Pangestu is the World Bank’s Managing Director of Development Policy and Partnerships, assuming her role in March 2020. She oversees the institution’s Global Practice Groups and External and Corporate Relations function. She brings over 30 years of experience in government, academia, and international organizations.
