Julie A. Furst-Bowe
Julie A. Furst-Bowe, EdD, was appointed the eighth Chancellor of SIUE on July 2, 2012. She previously served from 2005-2012 as Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, the first and only university to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
